  • Within 365 days of purchase, if the device has quality problem we will provide repair services free of charge;
  • The proof of purchase is requested for warranty services.

 

【Warranty Exclusion】

  • Electrode pad(s) which are consumables；
  • Warranty period expired;
  • No proof of purchase;
  • Defects due to：
    1. disassembly and modification;
    2. purposely damagesto the device;
    3. abuse of the device;
    4. not following the instructions in the manual;
    5. using non-original parts.
